6 beautiful chicken thighs
1 lemon
flour
1 sugar
oil for frying
water
salt pepper
PREPARATION:
Heat the oil in the deep fryer.
Flour the chicken thighs after having salted and peppered them.
Immerse them in b5oiling oil and leave to brown for 10 minutes.
Serve with a sauce made from lemon juice, topped with a little water, sugar, salt and pepper.
