Steak Mushroom Diet

 


Ingredients

Mushroom sauce:

  1. Mushrooms: 1/4 cup (sliced)
  2. Onions: 2 tablespoons (chopped)
  3. Garlic: 3 cloves (crushed)
  4. Garlic powder: a teaspoon
  5. Salt: half a teaspoon
  6. Black pepper: 1 teaspoon
  7. Milk: a cup
  8. Flour: a tablespoon
  9. Starch: half a teaspoon

  • Steak: 1 kilo
  • Olive oil: a tablespoon
  • Paprika: 1 teaspoon
  • Garlic powder: 1 teaspoon
  • Spices: 1 teaspoon
  • Salt: 1 teaspoon
  • Rosemary: 1 teaspoon

How to prepare

  • Season the meat by hand massaging with all the mentioned spices and leave it for ten minutes or more.
  • Sprinkle the skillet with a little olive oil, then place the meat in the skillet for two minutes, each side of the slice.
  • Roast onions and garlic until they turn golden.
  • Add spices and mushrooms and my heart for two minutes.
  • Add milk while stirring and add a spoonful of flour or starch to make the sauce heavy. The amount can be reduced or increased according to the preferred density of the sauce and can be dispensed with.
  •  Remove the sauce from the heat and pour over the meat, served with boiled vegetables.
