Cloud cake
INGREDIENTS
âž¡5 eggs
âž¡16g baking powder
âž¡200g powdered sugar (1 1/2 cup)
âž¡200g butter (3/4150 cups)
âž¡50g potato starch
âž¡300g flour (2 cups)
âž¡a pinch of salt
âž¡150g yogurt (1 cup)
âž¡vanilla
METHOD
1. Put the ingredients into a mixer.
2. Blend for 3 minutes.
3. Pour the batter into a cake pan (22cm)
4. Bake at 180° for 40 minutes (360°F)
