Korean roast beef

 

Ingredients:

  1.  Seasoning ingredients:
  2. A quarter cup of sugar cane vinegar.
  3. Three quarters of a cup of light soy sauce.
  4.  A third of a cup of brown sugar.
  5. Four onions.
  6.  Eight cloves of garlic.
  7. Two cups of water.
  8. A pear or a pear.

 Beef ingredients:

  • Four tablespoons of sesame seeds.
  • Twelve short slices of ribs.

 Ingredients of the Asios salad:

  1. A little chopped hot red pepper.
  2.  A pinch of vinegar and sugar.
  3.  A little each: olive oil and lemon juice.
  4. Pinch of green onion slices.
  5. Pinch of coriander.
  6. Few egg noodles.
  7. A plate of mixed green salad.

 Method of preparation Preparing the marinade:

  • Chop the pears or pears and mix them with green onions and crushed garlic in the bowl of an electric mixer.
  • Add all the ingredients for the marinade and mix the ingredients together.

Preparing beef:

  1. Put the ribs in a large bowl, then add the marinade mixture, cover the bowl and put it in the refrigerator for two hours or more.
  2. Grill the ribs on a high temperature until they are grilled on both sides, then remove them from the grill and sprinkle with sesame seeds.
  3.  Serve the meat with Asian salad.
