Ingredients:
7 EGGS (whites and yolks separated)
3 CUPS (tea) of sugar
4 CUPS (tea) of wheat flour
2 CUPS (tea) of hot milk
1 SPOON (soup) of dry chemical yeast
margarine spread
Whole strawberries and white chocolate shavings to decorate
Filling:
300 g of chopped white chocolate
1 CUP (tea) of fresh milk cream
2 CUPS (tea) chopped strawberries
Syrup:
1 and ½ cup (tea) of milk
½ cup (tea) of condensed milk
Coverage:
2 CUPS (tea) heavy cream, ice cream
5 tablespoons (soup) of sugar
Preparation:
For the dough, in the blender beat the yolks with the sugar for 5 MINUTES. Without stopping beating, change the flour and milk until a homogeneous mass is formed. Mix the egg whites whipped to snow and the yeast with a spoon. Transfer to a 24 cm diameter shape with parchment paper also scented. Bake in pre-raised medium oven for 35 minutes or until golden brown. Let cool.
For the filling, bring the chocolate and milk cream to a simmer, stirring until completely melted. REFRIGERATE 1 HOUR, toss strawberries and set aside. Unshape the cake, remove the parchment paper and cut in half, lengthwise.
Spread half of the dough with half of the mixed sauce ingredients and spread the filling. Put the other dough, moisten with the remaining syrup and cover with the whipped cream. Decorate with chips and strawberries, pack and sell.
