INGREDIENTS
• 240g flour
• 1 egg
• 1 tbsp sunflower oil
• 1 tsp yeast
• 1 tsp vanilla sugar
• 1 tbsp sugar
• 1 tbsp baking powder
• 1 pinch of salt
• ¼ cup water
• powdered sugar
METHOD
Knead the yeast dough. Let rise.
Divide the dough into two parts and roll out the cakes. Each cake is cut into 6 triangles. Let rise.
Fry in a pan in a large amount of oil.
Sprinkle with powdered sugar before serving.
