Chimichanga Beef and Cheese








ingredients :


▪500 grams of minced meat.



▪3 cans of tomato sauce.



▪1 onion cut into cubes.



▪1 can of fried beans.



▪1 teaspoon hot pepper powder.



▪1 teaspoon cumin.



▪2 minced garlic.



▪1 chopped jalapeno.



▪2 cups shredded cheddar cheese



▪8 tortillas.



▪salt and pepper as needed.



▪️ Vegetable oil.




 
instructions :


_ Stage 1:



Brown the minced meat in a non-stick frying pan, breaking up with a wooden spoon during cooking.



_ Stage 2:



In a large skillet, combine chopped onion, tomato sauce, garlic, cayenne pepper, salt, pepper and cumin and cook for 10 minutes, stirring constantly.



Stage 3:



On each tortilla, place about 1/3 cup of this cooked mixture, fold on both sides, and roll.



_ Stage 4:



Using a deep frying pan, heat the vegetable oil, fry the chimichangas until browned, remove and sprinkle with cheese.



_ Stage 5:



Serve with sauce
