CORN DOGS




INGREDIENTS: 4 PERS.

70 g of corn flour

60 g of wheat flour

4 Frankfurt beef sausages

1/4 tsp. teaspoon of salt

1/4 tsp. black pepper

20g sugar

2 teaspoon of baking powder

1 egg

120 ml of milk

4 wooden sticks

frying oil



PREPERATION :

In a bowl, combine the corn flour, wheat flour, salt, pepper, sugar and baking powder.
2.
Add the milk and egg.
3.
Heat the oil to a medium temperature.
4.
Stick a stick in each sausage.
5.
Dip the sausages in the batter.
6.
Fry the corn dogs for 3 minutes.
7.
Enjoy hot
