STEP 1
Preheat the oven to 180 ° C (thermostat 6) and roll out the dough in a tart mold.
2ND STEP
Cook the sweet potatoes in boiling water for 30 minutes.
STEP 3
Peel them and mash them.
STEP 4
Mix with the egg, melted butter, sugar, cinnamon, nutmeg and vanilla extract.
