Ingredients
- Two onions of large red onions, sliced ​​into six pieces.

- One orange juice.
- Pinch of black pepper.
- Grate the peel of an orange.
- Sixteen pieces of cherry tomatoes.
- 2 red bell peppers, cut into large slices.
- Eight pieces of whole chicken thighs.
- Four hundred and fifty grams of baby potatoes, cut in half.
- A teaspoon of smoked paprika.
- A pinch of salt.
- A teaspoon of fennel seeds.
- Two tablespoons of olive oil.
- Two tablespoons of chopped parsley.
How to prepare
- Heat the oven at a temperature of one hundred and eighty degrees Celsius.
- Put chicken in a deep bowl and add onion slices, mashed garlic, red pepper, potatoes, tomatoes and orange peel.
- Mix the ingredients together, then add the fennel seeds, half the amount of orange juice, smoked pepper and olive oil.
- Season the mixture with salt and a lot of black pepper, mix the ingredients together completely, and then put them in an oven tray.
