Spanish chicken

 


Ingredients

  1.  Two onions of large red onions, sliced ​​into six pieces.
  2. 1 head of garlic, peeled and crushed.
  3. One orange juice.
  4. Pinch of black pepper.
  5. Grate the peel of an orange.
  6. Sixteen pieces of cherry tomatoes.
  7. 2 red bell peppers, cut into large slices.
  8. Eight pieces of whole chicken thighs.
  9. Four hundred and fifty grams of baby potatoes, cut in half.
  10. A teaspoon of smoked paprika.
  11. A pinch of salt.
  12. A teaspoon of fennel seeds.
  13.  Two tablespoons of olive oil.
  14.  Two tablespoons of chopped parsley.

 How to prepare

  1. Heat the oven at a temperature of one hundred and eighty degrees Celsius.
  2.  Put chicken in a deep bowl and add onion slices, mashed garlic, red pepper, potatoes, tomatoes and orange peel.
  3.  Mix the ingredients together, then add the fennel seeds, half the amount of orange juice, smoked pepper and olive oil.
  4.  Season the mixture with salt and a lot of black pepper, mix the ingredients together completely, and then put them in an oven tray.
  5. Put the tray in the pre-heated oven and roast it for a period of forty to sixty minutes, until the chicken thighs are soft.
  6. Mix the parsley with the remaining orange juice and pour the mixture on the tray of chicken after it is done and then serve.
