- Lamb ribs: as desired
- Vinegar: a quarter cup
- Onions: 2 bunches (sliced)
- Salt: a tablespoon
- Black pepper: 1 tablespoon
- Cinnamon: 1 teaspoon
- Cardamom: 1 teaspoon
- Turmeric: 2 tsp
- Cumin: 2 tsp
- Ground coriander: 1 teaspoon
- Ginger: 1 teaspoon (ground)
- Oil: 1/4 cup
- Nuts: as desired (to decorate)
How to prepare
- In a bowl, mix the oil, vinegar, onion, salt, pepper, cinnamon, cardamom, turmeric, cumin, dried coriander, and ground ginger.
- Stir until well mixed.
- Wash the ribs of the lamb well until it is completely clean.
- Crack the rib with a sharp knife to absorb the marinade.
- Put it in a deep oven tray and pour the seasoning on top.
- Put it in the fridge for a few hours so that it completely absorbs the flavors from all sides, or even overnight.
- Preheat the oven to 180 degrees, then place the baking tray with aluminum.
- Place the ribs in it for an hour and a half or more until it is fully cooked.
- After it's done, remove the aluminum foil and light the oven grill until it's well brown.
- Place the ribs on a serving dish, serve any favorite rice and garnish with the roasted nuts.
