Ingredients
The filling:
- Minced beef: half a kilo
- Onions: 2 grains (grated)
- Salt: a teaspoon
- Black pepper: 1 teaspoon
- Butter: a tablespoon
To decorate:
- Tomato sauce: 3 tablespoons
- Oil: a tablespoon
- Mozzarella cheese: 500 grams
Flour: 1 1/2 cups
Milk: one and a half cups
Eggs: 4 pieces
Black pepper: a quarter of a teaspoon
Oil: 2 tbsp
Salt: half a teaspoon
How to prepare
- Mix all ingredients well with a mixer or by hand, then line them with a wire strainer.
- Cook the minced meat in a saj in oil with onions and spices well.
- In a frying pan on a stove, place two ladles of dough and fry them to a golden disc.
- Determine the exact amount and repeat until the amount is finished.
- Roll out the cannelloni, then add the stuffing of ground beef, and roll the disc well.
- Drain the cannelloni rolls in a Pyrex tray greased with butter or oil.
- Put the sauce and brush the cannelloni with it, then sprinkle with the cheese.
- Insert the tray into the oven after preheating it and leave it for minutes at 140 degrees until the cheese melts.
