Golden bread rolls
Ingredients:
300 gr of flour 0
80 gr of water
120 gr of milk
7 gr of brewer's yeast
12 gr of sugar
4 g of salt
24 gr of butter for the dough
2 gr of butter to be inserted in the cut of each sandwich before baking
Directions:
In a bowl mix water and milk, then crumble and dissolve the yeast and sugar. Then add flour and salt. Work well until you get a homogeneous dough and let rise until doubled.
Then divide it into equal portions, let it rise for 40 minutes.
Make a cut on each sandwich, sprinkle some flour and insert a piece of butter. Bake at 400°F (200°) for 15/20 minutes.
