Philly Cheesesteak Quesadilla







INGREDIENTS 

2 ½ teaspoons vegetable oil, divided 

½ onion, sliced 

½ green bell pepper, sliced 

2 white mushrooms, sliced & divided 

4 8” flour tortillas 

¼ lb roast beef, cooked and shredded 

4 slices provolone cheese, slices 

Instructions

FIRST STEP:
Saute onion, green peppers, mushrooms in oil until soft - remove from skillet

SECOND STEP:
In same skillet heat tortilla and on half layer on cheese, roast beef, and onion mixture

THIRD STEP:
Fold the tortilla in half and brown on both sides 

FOURTH STEP:
Cut into quarters, serve
