4 cups heavy cream
1 1/2 cups sugar
1 tablespoon of cinnamon
6 large egg yolks
2 teaspoons vanilla extract
18 slices of brioche bread
Half a kilo of strawberries
1 cup whipped cream
How to prepare

Pour the heavy cream into a tray, then mix 1 cup of sugar and cinnamon in a small bowl and add to the cream.
Add the egg yolks and vanilla to the previous mixture and mix well.
Dip each slice of bread in the cream mixture and cover well on both sides.
Place the dipped bread on the wire rack above the baking tray.
Preheat the oven to 180°C for five minutes.
Bake for 15 minutes, then flip the bread and bake for another 15 minutes, until slightly crispy.
Cut strawberries into decorative shapes of your choice.
Preheat the oven grill to 180°C, line a baking tray with parchment paper and place a wire rack on top.
Sprinkle the remaining sugar over the bread and roast over high heat for 3 minutes, until the sugar has dissolved and turns brown, or carefully use a kitchen torch to prepare the sugar.
Cover the toast with whipped cream and strawberries and serve it to your family with health and wellness.
