Chocolate sponge cake




Ingredients
Eggs: 4 grains
Sugar: 2 cups
Butter: 1 cup (soft)
Milk: a cup (liquid)
Flour: 3 cups
Cocoa: a cup and a half
Baking soda: 2 teaspoons
Baking powder: a teaspoon
How to prepare
Put the flour and sugar in the bowl of an electric mixer.
Add butter and eggs.
Add a cup of cocoa and a teaspoon of baking soda and baking powder.
Pour in the milk and mix well until the ingredients are well combined.
In a small bowl, put the rest of the cocoa and baking soda.
Pour a cup of hot water over them and mix until the ingredients dissolve.
Add the mixture on top of the previous mixture and mix again.
Pour the cake mixture evenly into two trays of the same size, greased with a little oil.
heat the oven to 180 degree Celsius.
Bake the tray, one at a time, for about 30 minutes, until cooked through
