Semolina pudding
Semolina pudding is an easy cold dessert and its simple ingredients are available in every home that can be prepared for the family in Ramadan and at any time. It is easy, delicious and loved by children and adults.

Ingredients
1 liter of milk
1 cup sugar
1 tablespoon flour
1 tablespoon of starch
1 cup semolina
1 vanilla packet
To decorate:
coconut
pistachio
Nuts
Fruits
How to prepare
In a deep saucepan, place the dry ingredients, i.e. semolina, flour, starch and sugar, and stir well.
Add the milk and stir then put the saucepan on the stove and continue stirring until the mixture boils and becomes thick.
Add vanilla, stir well, then put out the heat.
Spread the mixture on yogurt or serving cups and decorate with pistachios, coconut or fruits to taste.
We put yogurt or dessert cups in the fridge until they cool completely, then take them out and so they are ready to serve.
