Chana Meat Masala
Chana masala meat is an Indian dish prepared with two cups of chickpeas and a tomato with the addition of masala spices consisting of coriander, cardamom, black pepper and others, in addition to the pieces of meat that give the delicious taste to this dish.

Ingredients
2 cups chickpeas, soaked and boiled
250gm meat, cut into small cubes
large diced tomato
medium onion, finely chopped
tablespoon crushed garlic and ginger
Half bunch green coriander, finely chopped
Red and green peppers, preferably hot, cut into small pieces
tomato paste spoon
A cup and a half of water
spoon of masala spices
salt
4 tablespoons olive or coconut oil
(coarse spice):
Curry Paper - Cinnamon - Black Pepper - Cloves - Coarse Cumin - Coarse Coriander - Cardamom
How to prepare
Stir the coarse spices with the oil, then add the chopped onion, stir until it becomes blonde
Then add the crushed garlic and ginger, stir them, add the meat and leave it until the meat water dries out a little
Then add the salt and masala, stir with the meat, then add the grated tomatoes with the addition of a cup of water, leave them until the meat is done.
Then add tomato paste with half a cup of hot water
When boiling, add chickpeas, green and red peppers and coriander, then add a little masala spices
We stir and reduce the fire to maturity
Garnish with green coriander channa masala and can be served with white rice.
